Studio Hire
We have a light and airy studio in Spencer Yard, Leamington Spa. The studio is very versatile and we regularly hire it out.
Our studio is approximately 8m x 14m and has a sprung dance floor, which makes it an ideal space for anyone wanting to run dance or movement based classes. The studio is very much a blank canvas and its high ceilings, sky lights and good natural light mean that it's a great space for events like film and photo shoots too. The space is popular within the local community and is regularly hired to house youth theatre groups, yoga, body conditioning, Capoeira and fitness classes like Zumba.
The studio can be hired on a regular or one-off basis as well as for longer periods of time or for block bookings.

Hire Rates
£16.00 per hour | regular hirers
£17.00 per hour | one-off bookings
£115.00 per day (9.00am - 5.00pm)
£450.00 per week (5 days)
