Our
dance studio is situated in Spencer Yard, a new development
which will complement the creation of a Cultural Quarter in
Leamington Spa. Spencer Yard is home to a variety of local arts organisations and
will provide opportunities for developing support for cultural
diversity, for artist workspaces, training,
and cultural industries.
About the studio
Our dance studio has a sprung dance floor, high ceilings and sky lights and is approximately 8m by 14m. The space is available for dance and movement practitioners to hire on a regular and a one-off basis and is ideal for dance companies to hire for longer periods of time, for R&D and making new work. with a buy four days get one day free deal on block bookings.
Spencer Yard is under five minutes walk from Leamington’s railway station and only a 1 hour and 25 minute train journey from Marylebone. Leave London at 7.50am and arrive at 9.15pm with enough time for a leisurely coffee and a read of the morning paper!
You can also catch a train directly to us in 1 hour or under from Birmingham, Oxford, Coventry, Reading and High Wycombe.
We have a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities and shops and café’s are just a stroll around the corner.
Location
Spencer Yard is near all town centre amenities and lies across the river Leam in Old Town, facing the Royal Pump Rooms, 250 metres from a 62 capacity car park, and 400 metres from Leamington Spa's railway station.
