If you have a little one eager to move and want to join in on the fun…
Then our Discovery Movement and Play class is great for you and your toddler!
Be active while bonding with your little one! It can be challenging to get back into fitness when caring for a small child, which is why this class is beneficial for both the toddlers and their grown ups!
Introduce them to the world of movement and music with fun and playful sensory play, while you enjoy being active!

Then the Adults Beginner dance class is just the class for you!
Our Adults Beginner class is ideal for anyone looking to keep fit while learning a new skill, with a little Motionhouse flair! You get a chance to explore our distinct contemporary style, and we can guarantee you’ll leave the class feeling inspired, encouraged and probably a little sweaty!
The class is also convenient to get to, as it takes place on Thursday evenings and operates a pay as you go system. So no fear of paying for classes you can’t attend!

Then come join Surge, our new all-male dance class for boys aged 11+!
This explosive and dynamic class includes elements from martial arts and capoeira into the Motionhouse style, for boys to build strength as well as confidence through physical movement and dance!
