Being a part of the Motionhouse Intensive gave me a great insight as to how the company trains. We learned some rep, which gave me the chance to really embody and understand the qualities the company seeks from their dancers. This gave me an advantage when it came to auditioning, I had a better idea of what to expect and how I should deliver the work. It also gave me a chance to get to know the company, as well as chat and work with the dancers whilst also receiving their feedback.
