Please note that there is no parking available at Spencer Yard or the Town Hall. There are several places to park nearby including Bath Place car park and Station Approach car park. From these car parks, you can access spencer yard on foot via the entrance next to Avenue Pub or alternatively via the black gate to the left of the white chapel (The Fold) on Spencer Street. The Town Hall is also a short walk from these car parks.

By train to Spencer Yard:

Spencer Yard is a short walk from Leamington Spa railway station.

Turn left out of the train station and at the bottom of the footpath turn left onto Lower Avenue. Walk underneath the railway bridge and head towards the end of the road.

Turn right onto Spencer Street and cross over the road.

By car to Spencer Yard:

By car to The Town Hall

From the South – Exit M40 at Junction 13 onto A452 following signs for Leamington Spa. Then follow signs for the town centre (A452). At the third roundabout, turn right, heading towards Morrisons. Go past Morrisons and the train station on your left, then turn left onto Lower Avenue. At the end of the road, turn right onto Spencer Street, at the end of the road turn left onto the Parade. Keep going straight over the two mini-roundabouts on the parade and take the fourth right onto Hamilton Terrace. The entrance Assembly Hall in the Town Council building is on the corner of the Parade and Hamilton Terrace.

From the North – Exit M40 at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Leamington Spa, A452 and then for the town centre. At the third roundabout, turn right, heading towards Morrisons. Go past Morrisons and the train station on your left, then turn left onto Lower Avenue. At the end of the road, turn right onto Spencer Street, at the end of the road turn left onto the Parade. By train to the Town Hall

The Town Hall is a short walk from Leamington Spa Railway Station

Cross over the road here and at the end of the road turn left onto the Parade. Keep walking straight past Jephson Gardens and take the fourth right onto Hamilton Terrace. The entrance Assembly Hall in the Town Council building is on the corner of the Parade and Hamilton Terrace. The Assembly Hall is is on the first floor. At the top of the stairs, turn right until you reach the double doors at the end of the corridor.
