We created our youth company, Motionhouse Youth 10 years ago in 2013, so while we celebrate our 35 years, it’s Motionhouse Youth’s anniversary this year too! 😊
We’re so proud of how the company has developed, and of all the brilliant young people who are currently part of Motionhouse Youth or have been in previous years. The company has acted as a springboard for so many talented young people from the local area to go on to pursue a career in dance and we’re very proud that we were able to offer them this foundation for their chosen career path. Artistically led by our Rehearsal Director Junior Cunningham, and run on a weekly basis by our Creative Learning Dance Artist Camilla Lloyd, we’ve got ambitious plans for the next 10 years of Motionhouse Youth, so watch this space.
