In case you missed it… last week, we shared the fantastic news that our brilliant co-founder and executive director Louise Richards has been awarded an MBE for her services to dance in the New Year Honours list published on 30 December.

Massive congratulations to Louise for this well-deserved award, which recognises her incredible contribution to the sector over the past 38 years, and all the hard work she has put in to making Motionhouse the amazing company that it is.

Where to see Hidden in 2026

After a brilliant year touring Hidden in 2025, we’re looking forward to taking the show back out on the road again this year. We’ll be kicking off the 2026 tour at the Lowry, Salford on Friday 30 January, before heading off around the UK. FREE movement sessions for little ones

Ready, Steady, Dance! 🤸📖 We’re loving our new FREE weekly activity for 2- to 5-year-olds and their parents/carers at Whitnash Library and Lillington Library.

These sessions aim to get little ones moving and inspired by story books in the library. A great way for children to learn and develop through play and movement and for parents/carers to meet other local parents and carers in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Open to all and completely free of charge:
📖 Whitnash Library on Mondays at 2-2.45pm. Book now.
