We’re thrilled to announce ‘Moving with Parkinson’s’, our brand-new weekly movement sessions for people living with Parkinson’s, which will start at The SYDNI Centre in Leamington Spa from the 25th September.
These free weekly sessions aim to enable people living with Parkinson’s to experience the joy of movement in a safe and relaxed atmosphere, supporting mobility, balance and coordination. Family members, partners and carers are also invited to join in, creating a sense of community and connection.
FREE – Drop in sessions
Dates: Fridays from 25th September to 29 January
(No sessions 30 October, 25 December, 1 and 8 January)
Time: 11am – 12pm followed by 30 minutes for refreshments
