We’re thrilled to announce ‘Moving with Parkinson’s’, our brand-new weekly movement sessions for people living with Parkinson’s, which will start at The SYDNI Centre in Leamington Spa from the 25th September.
These free weekly sessions aim to get those living with Parkinson’s to move, balance, and improve coordination. These sessions will be a great opportunity to develop a sense of community and connection and for family members, partners and carers to also support participation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Free to attend, join us a The SYDNI Centre on Fridays from 11am – 12.30pm from 25th September 2026.
