Parking

There are limited signs to parking on arrival. Go straight across the first roundabout on arriving on campus and follow the one-way system clockwise around the campus to the car parks. Information on Blue Badge parking is available below. The directions below will help you locate the car parks, but there are also signs.

Central campus: Car Park 8 (multi-storey) (what3words: ///spared.wicked.adopt) and Car Park 8A (open air) (what3words: ///foal.fortunate.logo) are the nearest to Warwick Arts Centre.

Parking charges: Evening parking costs are £2 (from 5pm to 8am). You can pay at the machine in main foyer in Warwick Arts Centre using a card. If you don’t have time before the show, you can also pay in the interval. Please note that using the app advertised in the car parks incurs a charge, so paying in the foyer is recommended. You can pre-book your parking here.

Blue Badge Parking: Parking is FREE on campus upon display of a valid Blue Badge in your vehicle.

Blue Badge parking spaces are available along Health Centre Road (please see here for a map). Please follow the one-way system as above but carry on until Health Centre Road (on the left just before the campus shops.) There are 9 designated blue badge spaces that operate all the time on Health Centre Road and between 6pm and 6am the remaining short-stay bays along the road change to Blue Badge holders only- totalling 24 spaces. If you are a Blue Badge holder you will need to register your car’s details. You can do this at Box Office on your arrival at the Arts Centre.

Warwick Arts Centre is around 100 metres behind the campus bus stop interchange. Regular bus services run from Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington. The 12X (Coventry), 11 (Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington) and U1/U2 (Leamington) are the main buses serving the campus.

Warwick Arts Centre is located close by to both Canley and Coventry Station. You can travel from Birmingham New Street to both Coventry Rail Station and Canley Station. Direct trains run every 30 minutes from Birmingham New Street to Canley or several times a day to Coventry, both trains taking around 30 minutes. From London or other cities outside the region, please head to Coventry Station.

From Canley Station, take the number 11 bus from Hearsall Court (what3words: ///flops.pouch.soap) or a taxi directly to the venue.

From Coventry Rail Station, buses that will take you to the Warwick Arts Centre are the 12X (stop WR6) or the 11 (stop WR2, located in the Coventry Coach Station). Taxis are available at the station.
