The Wider World project – parents/carers watch dances in school

As the second year of our Wider World project comes towards its end, participants at our four partner schools have been working hard in their groups, preparing to perform their pieces with the other Wider World schools at the celebratory sharing in a local theatre next week.

Before the schools get together for the year two sharing, they have had the opportunity to perform to their parents/carers in school and to share what they have been working on this year.

The parents really enjoyed watching the children’s achievements, and had some brilliant feedback on the project. See what they think below:

“My daughter has been happier coming to and from school on the days she is rehearsing. She has been practicing at home too and I see it’s helping her wellbeing. Thank you!”
