We have a bright and versatile studio available for hire at Spencer Yard, Leamington Spa.  

The studio has generous dimensions (approx. 8m x 14m), sprung floors, high ceilings and excellent natural light, making it ideal for an adaptable and flexible environment. Perfect for: 

• Dance and movement-based classes
• Rehearsals/ workshops
• Photography and film shoots
• Pilates, yoga, body conditioning, Capoeira, etc.
• Local creative community events

This studio is a fully accessible space, offering step free access and accessible toilet facilities. It’s an ideal and popular choice for people in our local community. 

We offer flexible studio hire arrangements, including: 

Regular hires – £22 per hour  
One off booking – £24 per hour 

Full day hire – £150 per day  

Discount rates are offered to students and emergent artists working in dance and movement (non-commercial activity only). Subject to availability and eligibility criteria being met.
