We’ve had a brilliant time in recent weeks taking part in the ‘5G Creative Cov’ project with Coventry University and seven other local arts organisations, learning about the incredible opportunities that 5G will bring.
We’ve learnt so much about how this transformative technology works, and this has given us loads of ideas about how we might be able to use it. We got involved in the project because we’re always interested in using technology to enhance what we do – as part of our productions, but also as ways of reaching and engaging with audiences.
For a while now we’ve had ideas about things we would like to try out in our performances and were interested to find out if 5G would enable them to become reality and give our audiences new experiences. The project has given us practical information and know-how to help bring these to life.
