As we celebrate our 35th Birthday year, we’re really proud of the training opportunities we offer for young artists, to support them in their professional development.
We’ve already showcased the two Professional Placement roles we offer each year to graduate students from The Northern School of Contemporary Dance, so today we’re shining a spotlight on the Continued Professional Development courses we run from our creative space in Leamington Town Hall. These courses offer young, emergent and other artists an incredible opportunity to come and learn and train with our professional dancers. The courses, which run from anything from 1-day intensives to 4 days of in-depth training on a particular element of our unique dance-circus style, are inspiring and enriching, and an opportunity for dance artists from across the UK to come and work with us to build their skillset, gain confidence and widen their expertise.
Our next professional development course will run from Saturday 16 – Sunday 17 December and will explore our unique style, including contact improvisation, acrobatic partnering, and dance/circus choreography. Book your spot or find out more.
