We’re proud that with 35 years’ experience working in the dance sector, we have always sought to support other people in the industry by offering opportunities and sharing our know-how and our skills. As well as a wide range of shadowing and career development activities, we’re excited to now be offering a brand-new 12-month paid traineeship as a new route into working with our performing company.
In January 2024, we’re delighted to be welcoming Brima Fullah to our dancer team in this role. He will be working with the company across all aspects of our programme on a full time basis, learning new skills and specifically our style and approach. We are very proud to be able to offer this opportunity to Brima and are very much looking forward to working with him and having him in the team.
We are committed to developing the sector and offering ways into our work for dance artists and this new role builds further on our existing offer of training opportunities for young professionals in the sector, including mentoring, professional placements, career development and professional training courses.
