The game won’t load/the game crashed:

The game requires a good Wi-Fi/4G connection. Please make sure you have a good connection as this will help load the game.

Try and refresh your cache on your device’s web browser. To do this on an iOS or android device, go to your browser’s ‘history’ and tap ‘clear browsing data’. Make sure that ‘cached images and files’ is selected and put the time range to ‘all time’ and then tap ‘clear browsing data’. Once you have done this, refresh the game.

If it still isn’t loading, try closing any open apps on your device and then refresh the game.

If you are still experiencing issues, please try and use another device if possible.

I can’t find all the planets:

Move your device slowly around the room. When you find a planet, tap on it and see if you know what it’s called. After a few seconds, it will reveal the name of the planet. Tap on the button that says ‘tap here to look for more planets’.

Some planets are harder to find than others. If you are struggling to find the planets try looking all the way up to the ceiling/sky with your device’s camera. They planets are all around you so remember to turn around too. There are 8 planets to be found.

The Planet Challenge game is great fun to play but please note that it is still in its ‘beta’ phase, which means that you might come across a few glitches or problems with it loading. We hope the instructions above will help you get the best out of it and we do apologise if you have any difficulties.
