We are incredibly proud and delighted that our hit family show Starchitects was one of the 4 winners in the Best Family Activity Award in the Fantastic for Families Awards 2023!
We premiered Starchitects, our first ever show made specifically for children and families at Warwick Arts Centre in October 2022. The show has since been performed 43 times at 14 venues across the UK and in Denmark.
With its thrilling dance-circus and its fun and exciting storyline, Starchitects offers a fantastic opportunity to introduce children (3-10 years) to high quality dance-circus in an age-appropriate format and for families to discover and enjoy the arts together in their own community.
The theme of the show, space travel, lends itself well to creative participatory activities to stimulate children through creative activities, supporting their development and encouraging their creativity. Watching tiny tots to primary-aged children engaging with props from the show during our ‘Stay and Play’ sessions, or meeting their favourite characters from the show after the performance has been wonderful.
