We are celebrated for our expertise in the field of outdoor performance and large-scale spectacle, renowned for our ambitious experimentation with performance environments and for the creation of large-scale celebratory events.
Commissions have featured pyrotechnics, flying bicycles, boats suspended from cranes, giant sandcastles, hot air balloons and a life-size ocean liner. Our Artistic Director, Kevin Finnan was Choreographer and Movement Director of the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Wondrous Stories, a spectacular open-air show that kicked-off the Birmingham 2022 Festival, the cultural festival that ran alongside the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Wondrous Stories was seen by 22,000 people over 4 days.
Lumen which brought to life a disused dock in Timișoara, Romania in October 2018 as part of the cultural programme in the lead up to the TM2021 European Capital of Culture Celebrations, watched by more than 23,500 people over 3 days.
Watermusic which animated the harbour in Randers, Denmark for the Aarhus European Capital of Culture celebrations in September 2017, seen by 17,400 and more than 100,000 views on live stream.
The Voyage which launched the London 2012 Festival in the West Midlands in June 2012 in Birmingham City Centre, with dancers, aerialists, a gospel choir and a brass band.
